•    Facial or body compression garment (if applicable)
•    Ice packs and gel eye masks (for blepharoplasty cases)

In the event that a complication occurs due to improper wound care by the patient, including but not limited to wound dehiscence (wound reopening), infections, or damage to the treated area, I agree to cover all resulting costs, which may include:

•    Additional medical supplies or materials
•    Medical staff required for treatment
•    Extra wound care and additional consultations
•    Additional medications not included in the original package
